About Dr. Kwal
Jaclyn Kwal-Rosen, MD is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist and Reproductive Endocrinologist who provides personalized, evidence-based fertility care. She works closely with each patient to understand their goals and develop an individualized approach to treatment.
A South Florida native who speaks Spanish, Dr. Kwal is excited to serve the community where she grew up. She earned her undergraduate degree from Emory University and her medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where she served as Administrative Chief Resident and received awards for Outstanding Resident in Gynecology and Outstanding Resident in Minimally Invasive Surgery. She then completed her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University.
Dr. Kwal has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and presented her research at national meetings including the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the Endocrine Society, the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society (PCRS), and the American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG). Her research has focused on reproductive genetics, IVF outcomes, and disorders of reproductive development.
As an IVF baby herself, Dr. Kwal has a deeply personal connection to reproductive medicine and the impact fertility treatment can have on a family. This perspective shapes the way she practices medicine: she believes patients should understand not only their treatment options, but the reasoning behind them. She strives to make every patient feel heard, informed, and actively involved in decisions about their care.
Outside of work, Dr. Kwal enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, playing mahjong, traveling, playing pickleball, tennis, and golf, cheering on college football, and discovering new restaurants.
