Hysteroscopic Myomectomy

This video demonstrates removal of a fibroid located within the uterine cavity The fibroid is the round structure with prominent blood vessels responsible for the heavy bleeding and infertility. The fibroid is resected utilizing a Resctoscope which has a wire loop at the end cutting the fibroid into pieces until the entire fibroid is removed.
